Rodney Fensbo

Born and raised in Tamworth, I bring over 30 years of sales experience and a genuine passion for building strong, lasting relationships. Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed connecting with people across regional New South Wales, both through business and sport, giving me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of communities and industries.

For the past 20 years, I have held senior roles as a Manager, Director, and Shareholder within the fire services industry. During this time, I developed extensive leadership capabilities, operational knowledge, and a deep understanding of industry standards and customer needs. I also hold a Certificate II in Fire Service Operations, which has supported my practical and technical expertise in the field.

More recently, I joined MoCrib, where I have spent the past six months continuing to build on my commitment to exceptional customer service. In this role, I focus on strengthening client relationships, applying my industry experience, and delivering practical, reliable solutions that meet customer needs.
