Managing Director

Julian brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, building on an early career in chemical engineering. Together with his siblings, Bill Loughman, and Steve Phillis, he co-founded Rollers Australia in 1999, a company that has become a leader in the hire industry.

As part of the Gunlake Group since its inception, Julian has helped develop the Concrete, Quarrying, and Cement businesses into market leaders in the industry.

Julian is passionate about providing customers with outstanding quality and service. He values his employees and the partnership they have built together to create a safe and positive workplace that allows people to succeed.
