Bill Roche

With more than 20 years of experience in the civil and construction hire industry, Bill Roche brings extensive knowledge and practical expertise in supporting clients with their equipment hire requirements. As Area Manager for Southern New South Wales at Rollers Australia, Bill oversees the region’s operations, including the management, hire and servicing of the company’s fleet.

Bill is also responsible for operational and safety inductions, along with the training and support of both Rollers Australia operators and client operators, ensuring equipment is used safely and efficiently across a wide range of projects.

Prior to joining Rollers Australia, Bill spent 17 years in the automotive mechanical industry as a qualified mechanic, including eight years owning and operating his own service station and mechanical workshop in regional Australia. He later went on to own and manage hotels in the Sydney region with his family for five years, further strengthening his customer service and business management experience.

Bill is passionate about the hire industry and values building strong, long-term relationships within the civil and construction sectors. His practical industry knowledge, customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence continue to help clients achieve successful project outcomes.
