Michael Connors

I’ve been with Rollers for over 13 years — starting out as a field service technician before stepping into my current role as Fleet & Mechanical Manager six years ago.

All of my experience in the road construction industry has been built here at Rollers. Working closely with a wide range of customers over the years, I’ve navigated many different challenges and pressures, which has given me a deep appreciation for the value of quality equipment and a strong, skilled service team.

I stay hands-on with our field service team, supporting diagnostic work and training, while keeping a close eye on emerging machine technologies and upcoming shifts in the industry.

I’m passionate about growing our fleet — whether through equipment upgrades or introducing new machine types to the company.
