Steve Phillis is the General Manager of Rollers Australia, bringing more than 38 years of experience across the equipment rental, transport and civil construction industries.
Beginning his career in 1988 with companies including Wreckair Hire and AH Plant Hire, Steve developed extensive expertise in equipment hire operations, fleet management, transport logistics, customer service and business development.

As one of the original employees of Rollers Australia when the company was established in 1999, Steve has played a pivotal role in the business’s growth and success. Under his leadership and industry knowledge, the company has evolved from a small specialist roller hire operation into one of Australia’s leading equipment rental providers, servicing projects throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Steve’s strong focus on operational efficiency, long-term client relationships and staff development has been instrumental in expanding the company’s fleet capabilities, wet hire services and innovative mobile site accommodation solutions through MoCrib.
