Frank Carli

Frank Carli has been with Rollers Australia in Queensland for more than 18 years, playing a key role in supporting the company’s growth and customer service operations across the state. When Frank first joined the business, there were only two representatives servicing Queensland, and within his first year he was independently managing a large portion of the region.

While he had limited experience in the hire industry prior to joining Rollers Australia, Frank’s strong mechanical background and hands-on industry experience provided a solid foundation for his role and contributed to his long-standing success within the company.

Before joining Rollers Australia, Frank worked in the fuel transport industry, operating road train trucks delivering fuel between Townsville and Mt Isa. Earlier in his career, he spent 17 years in the sugar cane industry operating cane harvesters, gaining extensive experience working in demanding regional and remote environments.
Over the years, Frank has developed a strong understanding of equipment operations, customer service and the importance of building long-term relationships throughout regional Queensland.
